BVHC offers the opportunity to use the power of the web to track the most important aspects of your healthcare through our office. The Patient Portal enables our patients to communicate with our providers, nurses, and staff members easily, safely, and securely via the Internet.
The Patient Portal helps you manage your healthcare on your schedule, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can:
- Refill a prescription and request your preferred pharmacy
- Send private, secure messages to your medical provider
- View and receive your lab results
- Ask for referrals to specialists
- See your test results
- Receive a visit summary after a completed appointment
How Do I Sign-up?
If you are interested in signing up for the portal, please contact a Patient Representative at (802) 375-6566 to enroll. After a patient has signed up for the portal using a private and valid e-mail address, they will receive an e-mail with their username and password.
