Stephen Phillips, DDS
Dr. Phillips graduated from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1979. He received the Georgetown University award for excellence in fixed prosthodontics and is a member of Omicron Kappa Epsilon honorary dental fraternity.
Following his time at Georgetown, Dr. Phillips spent over 30 years in private practice in Woodbury, NY. There he provided general dentistry to patients of all ages. Dr. Phillips joined BVHC in March 2017 after spending a year volunteering to get the dental program up and running. Since opening the doors to the new dental practice, Dr. Phillips is excited to grow the practice with the growing need of dental services in our area. “I look forward to providing care to the people of Bennington County and beyond.”

Julie Shea, RDH
Julie Shea, RDH. Joined BVHC April 2017. She has worked for over 30 years in private practices in this area. She enjoys making a difference in her patients’ general health with her compassionate approach to the dental care she provides.
Erin Rogers, TDA
Erin began her career in healthcare as a Licensed Nursing Assistant and later trained to be a Dental Assistant. For the last four years, Erin has used her nursing skills to bridge the gap between medical and oral health. “I enjoy utilizing and incorporating my LNA skills into my daily practices as a TDA.”
Terri Hirsch, RDH
Terri has practiced locally since earning her Dental Hygiene Degree from SUNY Orange in Middletown, NY in 2001. Most recently, she has worked in Bennington schools to improve the oral health of students there. “Teaching children the skills to maintain a healthy mouth is very rewarding.”

Debbie Waibel joined us in April 2017 as our new Dental Practice Administrator. She enjoys meeting new patients and looks forward to helping you understand how important good dental health is to overall wellbeing.
